The classes

Every class is coached start to finish and scaled to whoever shows up, six days a week. They're all included with a group training membership.

Not a member? Drop in for one class, or grab three or seven. Buy one class or a few at a time. Every class you come to includes the rest of the gym for that day. Class packs are good for 12 months, and members get 20% off. Prices and passes

WOD (Workout of the Day) 60 min

Our daily hour, coached start to finish. Each day works a different part of the body, so a full week trains everything and you'll see the progress stack up. Expect supersets, cardio bursts between blocks and a finisher to close it out. It's challenging, and every movement scales, so we meet you right where you are. Come for a week and feel the difference.

Circuit 60 min

Jess's noon circuits: supersets back to back, full body with a core circuit every time, and guided stretching at the end so you head back to your day feeling good. Sixty minutes, and you're back to your afternoon by one.

Wednesday · Dumbbells
Supersets built around dumbbells, with plenty of strength work packed into the hour. Grab a pair and get after it.
Friday · Bands
Resistance bands and low-impact moves. Same superset circuits, gentler on the joints, and a great way to finish the week strong.

Lo-WOD 60 min

Its own plan, written by our Lo-WOD coaches and built low-impact from the ground up. You'll still lift, sweat and work hard, all of it kind to your joints. A great fit if you're coming back from a break or training for the long haul. Come as you are and leave moving better than you walked in.

Strength 60 min

Our heaviest hour. Days alternate between push and pull, with the barbell front and center and a coach watching every rep. The intensity runs higher, and the focus is building muscle and power. New to the barbell? We'll teach you the lifts from the empty bar up. Ready to move some real weight? Start here.

Cycling 45 min

Climbs, sprints and recoveries, coached to the music. Your instructor suggests the resistance and you decide where the dial goes, so the ride is as hard as you make it. It's easy on the joints and big on energy. Clip in, turn it up and leave with more energy than you brought.

Lo-Cycling 45 min

Same bikes, steadier ride. Most of the class sits in Zones 2 and 3, a pace where you can still talk, and that's the work that builds your engine. Resistance is yours to set, with your instructor's suggestions along the way. Ride it regularly and watch everything else get easier.

Yoga 60 min

A slow, restorative, beginner-friendly hour of flowing movement and breath to loosen up whatever the rest of the week tightened. Mats are available, first come, first served, so bring your own if you have a favorite. Come unwind and walk out feeling looser.

Alejandro, Sweat House Gym

Alejandro

Alejandro has more than 15 years on the bike and 13 years of coaching athletes. His classes run on great music, positive energy and a room where every rider feels welcome. Whether you're just starting out or taking your training to the next level, he'll meet you where you are and help you reach your goals. Expect a mix of structured workouts, fitness-building rides and music-driven motivation, with playlists built around the workout, from high-energy hits to upbeat Latin rhythms. All fitness levels are welcome. Come ride, work hard and have fun.

Katie, Sweat House Gym

Katie

Katie first clipped in for indoor cycling during the pandemic and fell for the ride fast. It started as a way to work through the stress of that time and turned into a passion that's kept her riding ever since. Off the bike she's lifting heavy or paddleboarding on any lake she can find. By day she's an RN educator (go MSU!), and she brings the same purpose, strength and heart to every ride. Expect a beat-based, challenging class with heavy bass, bold lighting and the kind of vibe that sends you out with more energy than you walked in with.
