Physical Therapy

Milestone treats the whole body, not just the injured part.

While you're receiving physical therapy with them, your access to the gym is free. Use the floor, the cardio room and the saunas between appointments, at no charge, for as long as you're in treatment. Their clients also get help with training and nutrition as part of getting back to full strength.

We accept most insurances. Referrals can be faxed to 406-752-2367.

Milestone Functional Restoration is an independent practice operating out of the Sweat House building, with its own providers and billing. You don't need a gym membership to be seen.
