Childcare Policy
This is the sheet you sign when you register a child for childcare.

1. Staying on the premises
A parent or guardian must stay inside the building for the entire time their child is with us. Not the parking lot. Not a quick errand. This is a state requirement, so there are no exceptions and our staff cannot make one.
You need to be reachable and easy to find for the whole visit. If we cannot find you, or if you leave the property, we will call you and your child's session ends.
2. Booking and time
A visit is up to 90 minutes.
The room takes up to eight children at a time. Book up to a week ahead and your child has a place held. Walk-ins are welcome whenever there is room, but a booked child comes first, and a booking not claimed within fifteen minutes goes to whoever is waiting.
Childcare is open 7 to 11am and 4 to 7pm, Monday through Friday. There is no childcare on Saturdays or Sundays. These are not the gym's hours and they are not the front desk's hours.
3. Health
We ask for your child's routine immunization record when you register.
A child showing signs of illness will not be accepted. Please keep them home if there is a cough, a runny nose, a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or lice, live or eggs, and any time they are not well enough to take part in a normal day. If a child becomes unwell during a visit we will come and find you and ask you to collect them straight away.
4. Care and conduct
Diaper changing and toileting are the responsibility of the parent or guardian. Please make sure your child is clean and changed when you bring them in, and if they need changing during a visit we will come and get you. No child uses the restroom without a parent or another adult.
Please send your child with their own water bottle and a snack.
Sweat House Gym is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
A parent or guardian may be held responsible for property broken or damaged through malicious or inappropriate behavior.
Discipline for behavior is decided by the childcare attendant. Where a problem continues, we will ask you to collect your child, and repeated problems may end your access to childcare.

- Drop-in, per visit, up to 90 minutes: $15
